Anxiety and fear are natural states that are counter-intuitively very useful. If we had never felt fear, it is likely that our survival would have been doomed early in our lives! Today, anxiety disorders are already seen as a disease of our time. They can occur on their own, but unfortunately they are often “accompanied” by alcoholism, drug addiction or post-traumatic stress disorder. Long-term exposure to stress can manifest itself in anxiety.<\/p>\n
