Anxiety and fear are natural states that are counter-intuitively very useful. If we had never felt fear, it is likely that our survival would have been doomed early in our lives! Anxiety affects every person. Some cope with it better, others worse, which is conditioned by natural predisposition and often the environment in which we grew up. When fears and anxieties are strong, do not pass and significantly affect our daily lives, we can talk about anxiety disorders.<\/p>\n

Today, anxiety disorders are already seen as a disease of our time. They can occur on their own, but unfortunately they are often “accompanied” by alcoholism, drug addiction or post-traumatic stress disorder. Long-term exposure to stress can manifest itself in anxiety.<\/p>\n
