We have three tried-and-true and simple hemp recipes for you that you&#8217;re sure to love!<\/p>\n<h2>Forest fruits with hemp seeds<\/h2>\n<p>Everyone sometimes gets the urge to eat something good. Desserts are good, it&#8217;s important that they are healthy! Do you think that such a dessert will not be tasty? Nothing could be further from the truth. We have a recipe for you for a truly tasty and healthy dessert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your favorite fresh forest fruits (blueberries, raspberries, blueberries&#8230;).<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hempking.eu\/en\/hemp-seeds\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hemp seeds<\/a>, about 50 g<\/li>\n<li>Chia seeds, about 4 tbsp.<\/li>\n<li>Coconut milk, about 3 tbsp (it&#8217;s important that it&#8217;s fatty!)<\/li>\n<li>Glass of water<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hempking.eu\/en\/hemp-protein\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hemp protein<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wash the fruit thoroughly, pour half of the water over it and blitz it to a mousse along with a tablespoon of hemp protein.<br \/>\nPour the other half of a glass of water and coconut milk over the chia seeds and let them soak for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.<\/p>\n<p>Take a glass, put the chia seeds on the bottom, pour in the hemp seeds and cover them with the fruit mousse. You can use hemp seeds and unblended fruit for decoration.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy!<\/p>\n<h2>Hemp power balls<\/h2>\n<p>An energy bomb that anyone with an active lifestyle and workouts will appreciate. Such energy snacks after exercise are at a premium! So instead of reaching for ready-made products from the store shelf. Make your own post-workout hemp power balls!<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you need?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A few tablespoons of hemp seeds<\/li>\n<li>Half a cup of dates<\/li>\n<li>Half a cup of almonds<\/li>\n<li>A spoonful of raw cacao<\/li>\n<li>A tablespoon of water<\/li>\n<li>Vanilla flavoring<\/li>\n<li>A little cinnamon to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to prepare hemp power balls?<\/strong><br \/>\nThis is a fabulously easy and quick task! Blend all the ingredients, except the hemp seeds, to a smooth paste. Form it into balls and coat them with hemp seeds, then put them in the refrigerator. They contain plenty of protein, fiber, as well as omega-3 and omega-6 oils.
