Why bother with it at all? <strong>Hemp is a superfood, a food that is extremely rich in nutrients.<\/strong> This means that even a small amount of oil or seeds added to our breakfast turns it into a highly nutritious food. What exactly does hemp contain? The batter for waffles should be pourable like pancake batter. Put portions of the batter on the heated waffle iron, set the finished waffles aside to make them soft. Place cottage cheese, arugula, yogurt, oil, garlic and spices in a tall dish, blend with a hand blender until smooth.
