Each bottle comes with a pipette to dispense the product. Place a drop of broad spectrum oil under your tongue and do not swallow it for at least 30 seconds. Repeat it 3 times a day, at even intervals. Keep an eye on regularity and try not to skip a single dose!
CBD oil is best consumed at least half an hour before or half an hour after a meal, and it’s best not to wash it down with water.

Please note! To get the most benefits from using the oil, use it sublingually and do not wash it down with water. This is the only way in which the highest possible amount of the ingredients will be absorbed through the mucous membrane in the mouth, rather than being digested by the gastric juices and thus largely destroyed.
