CBD supplementation – the most important information

As a reminder and to systematize knowledge from previous articles, we want to make a very brief summary about CBD:

CBD supplementation – how to prepare?

When deciding to introduce CBD into your daily life, it is a good idea to prepare your body beforehand. Preparation for proper supplementation has several stages.

1)Deworming

Very often, parasites are the main cause of health problems. They easily enter our bodies, through unwashed fruits, mosquito or tick bites, using public toilets or playing with animals. For a long time they feed unnoticed, causing headaches, allergies, gastrointestinal problems, and weakening immunity.
Pumpkin seeds, a syrup made from cabbage juice and garlic, an infusion of vermilion or oregano oil work well as natural remedies for worms. Our grandmothers also used pickles for a reason! Sauerkraut or cucumbers are very healthy and good for the digestive system (as long as we don’t have contraindications to eating them!).

2) Stomach acidification

The human body is an alkaline environment, except for one place – the stomach. Hydrochloric acid in the digestive system is responsible for breaking down proteins so that they are easily digested. Poor stomach acid pH equals poor digestion and stomach problems. It is worth taking care of the proper acidity of the stomach. You can check it with a laboratory test or a home soda test.
The basic thing is adequate hydration, as water is the source of life. Then we use acidification with natural (this is important) apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.
Note that acidification should only be used if the stomach is insufficiently acidified.
With proper acidification of the stomach, we will digest better, we will not suffer from stomach ailments, and thus we will better assimilate the ingredients we need. This will improve the body’s performance.

3) Detoxification

Like parasites, the accumulation of harmful substances is the cause of many health problems, such as digestive disorders, poor mood and skin problems. We are naturally detoxified by the liver, kidneys and intestines.
It is recommended to cleanse the body twice a year or when we feel heavy, such as after holidays or various occasions where we have gone a bit overboard with food. A fruit diet, green tea, herbal infusions or activated charcoal are great for this.
