More and more followers mix butter with a variety of additives – and that’s what we did. By using real butter with the addition of dried hemp, we created a delicious spread that every follower of this delicacy will love. We additionally enriched it with garlic, which gave the butter a unique and unmistakable flavor.

The recipe for butter with hemp and garlic is easy to prepare and store. All you need to do is seal it in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator, and you will be able to enjoy the sensational taste for a long time.

Butter with hemp and garlic, in addition to its sensational taste, also shows health-promoting properties. All thanks to the use of the best products from nature.

Dried hemp is nothing more than dried hemp seed. The ones we used in the recipe come from organic cultivation, so they are free from contamination by pesticides, heavy metals and herbicides. The dried will be perfect as a hot drink for a better night’s sleep, but we can also use it as an addition to butter. There are substances such as terpenes, flavonoids in the dried fruit. However, it is important to remember not to pour boiling water over it, as this will result in the loss of beneficial components.

Garlic, on the other hand, is a product already used in traditional medicine. Certainly, more than once we have encountered the preparation of garlic syrup, which supports our immunity and promotes faster healing. In addition, it contains a substance that shows anticancer activity. However, it is best to slice garlic and set it aside for a few minutes before heat treatment. Garlic also affects the decongestion of the respiratory tract, facilitates expectoration and warms up. Also, it reduces blood clotting, thus reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes.

Nutritional values of hemp butter

Hemp butter will be an interesting addition to our daily diet. It contains substances that will benefit our health. However, it is important to remember not to consume too much butter, due to its high caloric content.

How to prepare butter with CBD – recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 teaspoons of dried hemp,
  • 1 head of garlic,
  • 100 grams of butter,
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil,
  • salt, pepper.

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil water to about 80 degrees. Pour 2 teaspoons of dried hemp into a small glass and pour in a minimal amount of water (We want as little of the ingredients as possible to be retained by the leaves and as little as possible to escape into the water). Wait until the leaves have absorbed enough water. Then pour out the water and leave the
    leaves.
  2. Cut the top of the garlic. Sprinkle the garlic with salt and pour olive oil over it. Wrap it in aluminum foil and bake it for about 20-30 minutes until softened.
  3. Take the butter out of the refrigerator and leave it on the counter.
  4. Remove the roasted garlic from the oven and put the cloves into a bowl. You can do this by squeezing the head of garlic.
  5. Add dried hemp to the garlic. Wait a few minutes to cool down.
  6. Add butter to the bowl and mix everything together. Then taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
