Everyone loves cookies, especially those baked at home. Chocolate, cinnamon, with pieces of nuts or your favorite seeds – each type will find its amateur. As a rule, recipes for cookies are very simple, the dough can be prepared in a few moments, you just need to add your favorite additives, form the cookies and wait a few tens of minutes for them to bake. It’s no wonder that fans of hemp cuisine are so fond of hemp cookies recipes, which include various hemp food products. Recipe for hemp scented cookies

  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 80 g of walnuts
  • 70 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 70 g honey
  • 1 tbsp of tahini paste or peanut butter
  • 3 g dried hemp (dried CBD)
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt

Preparation:

Crumble dry hemp by hand on an ovenproof tray, bake in an oven set at 110 degrees C. for 40-50 minutes. Chop nuts with a knife into smaller pieces. Remove the dried hemp from the oven, cool and grind in a grinder to a powder.

In a large bowl, combine flour, chopped nuts, salt, baking powder, baking soda and ground dried hemp – mix thoroughly. Add the rest of the ingredients: butter cut into smaller pieces, tahini, egg and honey, and knead the dough until smooth. Wrap the dough in cling film and store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 170°C, take the dough out of the refrigerator. From the finished mixture, form walnut-sized balls, flatten slightly and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 15 minutes, until the bottoms are lightly browned. Set the finished cookies aside to cool, eat immediately or store in a metal container.

Chocolate hemp seed cakes

  • 50 g oat flour
  • 30 g wheat flour
  • 20 g coconut shavings
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 40 g unshelled hemp seeds
  • 70 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 40 g date syrup or molasses
  • 1 dark chocolate bar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt

Preparation:

In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flours, hemp seeds, cocoa, coconut shavings, salt, baking powder and baking soda, and mix thoroughly. Break the chocolate and chop with a knife into smaller pieces. Add the remaining ingredients to the products in the bowl: butter and chocolate chopped into smaller pieces, egg and syrup, and then knead the dough until smooth. Wrap the dough in cling film and store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 170°C. Remove the dough from the refrigerator. From the finished mixture, form walnut-sized balls, flatten and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes, until they are slightly browned from below. The finished cookies are left to cool. Then eat them right away or store them in a metal container.

Hemp cookies recipe: oatmeal cinnamon cookies with hemp flour

  • 50 g oatmeal
  • 40 g wheat flour
  • 10 g hemp flour
  • 15 g almonds
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1 apple
  • 70 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g date syrup or molasses
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation:

Chop almonds with a knife into smaller pieces. Peel and grate the apple on a large-mesh grater. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients: flakes, flours, almonds, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda and then mix thoroughly. Add the remaining ingredients to the products in the bowl: butter cut into smaller pieces, grated apple, egg and syrup, and then knead the dough until smooth. Wrap the dough in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

You need to preheat the oven to 170°C. Remove the dough from the refrigerator. From the finished mass, form small balls (the size of a walnut), flatten slightly and place on a baking tray previously lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies at 170°C for about 15 minutes – until the bottoms are lightly browned. Set the finished cookies aside to cool.
