Do you have a packet of hemp seeds in your cupboard and don’t quite know how to use them? You can throw them in yogurt or oatmeal, add them to a salad or on a sandwich. But how else can you use hemp seeds? We have three tried-and-true and simple hemp recipes for you that you’re sure to love!
Forest fruits with hemp seeds
Everyone sometimes gets the urge to eat something good. Desserts are good, it’s important that they are healthy! Do you think that such a dessert will not be tasty? Nothing could be further from the truth. We have a recipe for you for a truly tasty and healthy dessert.
What you need:
- Your favorite fresh forest fruits (blueberries, raspberries, blueberries…).
- Hemp seeds, about 50 g
- Chia seeds, about 4 tbsp.
- Coconut milk, about 3 tbsp (it’s important that it’s fatty!)
- Glass of water
- Hemp protein
Wash the fruit thoroughly, pour half of the water over it and blitz it to a mousse along with a tablespoon of hemp protein.
Pour the other half of a glass of water and coconut milk over the chia seeds and let them soak for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Take a glass, put the chia seeds on the bottom, pour in the hemp seeds and cover them with the fruit mousse. You can use hemp seeds and unblended fruit for decoration.

An energy bomb that anyone with an active lifestyle and workouts will appreciate. Such energy snacks after exercise are at a premium! So instead of reaching for ready-made products from the store shelf. Make your own post-workout hemp power balls!
What do you need?
- A few tablespoons of hemp seeds
- Half a cup of dates
- Half a cup of almonds
- A spoonful of raw cacao
- A tablespoon of water
- Vanilla flavoring
- A little cinnamon to taste
How to prepare hemp power balls?
This is a fabulously easy and quick task! Blend all the ingredients, except the hemp seeds, to a smooth paste. Form it into balls and coat them with hemp seeds, then put them in the refrigerator. They will be there waiting for you, after your next workout!
Such hemp power balls will make you not crave unhealthy snacks and will be a great alternative to already prepared products, available on store shelves.
