The ideas and recipes you are about to learn about have been tested by people who really know their stuff. And at the same time, they are very simple to make.
Protein bars
The blog moj-kawalek-podlogi.pl featured a recipe for using our hemp seeds that should appeal to all gourmands. It’s about homemade bars, in a fit version. Sugar-free and vegan, super easy to prepare!
They contain fiber and protein, so they are great for a healthy snack. Plus they are filling, crunchy and really tasty. They should appeal to even the biggest home culinary critic.
What do you need to prepare them?
Ingredients (12 pieces):
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 7 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
- 4 tbsp oat flakes
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3 teaspoons of peanut butter
- 2.5 tbsp of liquid sweetener
- 3 tbsp of loose sweetener
- 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
- coconut shavings for sprinkling
Preparing them will not cause you any problems at all!
Grind the hemp seeds with a blender.
In a large bowl, mix ground hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, oatmeal and cinnamon.
In a pot, heat coconut oil, liquid and loose sweetener and peanut butter until the ingredients are combined.
Then pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl and mix the whole thing thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into a silicone baking pan and level it out with a spoon.
Bake in an oven set at 200℃ for about 20 minutes (top to bottom).
After baking, let the bars cool and then sprinkle them with coconut shavings. Cut the bars into pieces.
Hemp seeds – 250g is a product included in the range of superfoods.
Hemp hummus
Another recipe is an idea for using our hemp oil. It is great for a variety of dips, sauces and dishes prepared cold. It has omega 3, 6 and 9 acids, and contains all the goodness found in hemp. It’s a healthy alternative to canola oil!
And mound hummus is a super addition to vegetables or crackers. We took the hemp recipes from the blog of momruszamy.pl.
Ingredients
- can/jar of chickpeas (400g)
- 2 teaspoons of tahini paste
- 2 cloves of garlic (squeezed through a press)
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp hemp oil
- 4 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of romaine cumin
Preparation of hummus will not cause you any problems:
Drain the chickpeas.
Combine all the ingredients, except the hemp seeds, and blitz to a puree.
You can add a little water if the mixture is too thick.
Sprinkle with roasted hemp seeds.
And there you have it! It tastes best served with raw vegetables, cut into bars – carrots, peppers or cucumbers.
Homemade face wash oil
Finally, we left something for lovers of homemade cosmetics. If you have delicate skin and the composition of cosmetics matters to you, you will definitely like this oil. Natural high-quality ingredients will gently nurture and cleanse your skin.

What do you need to make the cosmetic?
In proportions:
- 70% grape seed oil
- 10% hemp oil
- 7% castor oil
- 2% tamanu oil
- 1% Vitamin E (which prolongs the shelf life of the product)
Combine all ingredients in a scalded bottle and you’re done! It is suitable for all skin types, even oily ones. Just use your hand to spread the cosmetic over your face while cleansing it (e.g. while removing makeup), and then gently wash it off with a damp microfiber, bamboo or muslin cloth.
